I know you have a certain vision and feel you want expressed through your wedding or event. Beginning with our first phone conversation I’ll ask a zillion questions in an effort to fully understand your vision and the feeling you want conveyed to your guests. It’s important to me to “get it right.”
DETAILS — The magic of an arrangement happens in the details of how the flowers are put together. The details of a floral design set it apart. The details create the experience. The details set the stage and the tone for your special event.
The timeline for any wedding or event does not really allow for a re-do. Weddings, in particular, because there are so many moving parts and a whole cast of participants require a good deal of attention to detail, precision and timeliness.
A mastery of those details is just one thing I provide for my clients.

ENVIRONMENT — The floral industry is not our environments best friend. Our local water treatment plants are not equipped to process and filter out floral solution chemicals. Just as our solid waste disposal plants are not equipped to manage floral foam. Floral foam breaks down into micro plastics the never completely biodegrade.
For those reasons, my goal is to be as environmentally friendly as possible. I do not rely on floral chemicals, floral foam or other mechanics that cannot be reused, recycled or repurposed.
As you can imagine, there are a lot of cut stems that go into the trash bin. Some days, it’s an amazing pile. If those clippings make it into the landfill, they can create an abundance of methane gas which is a powerful greenhouse gas that can contribute to further warming our planet. The clippings I generate do not end up in local landfills. I have partnered with Dig My Earth, a local company that processes plant waste transforming it into biodegradable natural (no dyes) mulch and compost.
